CROWN RESERVES, PELICHET BAY,
Bounded by Harbour Terrace and Albany-street, Dunedin.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Lease for one year of Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10, in the above Reserve, will be put up to auction in the Land Office, Dunedin, on Wednesday, the eighth instant, at 12 o’clock noon.

TUAPEKA HOSPITAL.
TUAPEKA MEETING OF CONTRIBUTORS.
In pursuance of the “Hospitals Ordinance 1862,” the first Public Meeting of the Contributors to the Hospital in the Town of Lawrence in the Tuapeka Gold Field, for the purpose of electing the Committee of Management and other Officers, and transacting any other business of the said Institution, will be held at the Court House, Tuapeka, upon Wednesday, the eighth day of April, 1863, at twelve o’clock noon.

By Section 8 of the said Ordinance, it is enacted that “... the Committees and other Officers of such Institutions respectively, shall be elected by the majority of the Contributors, either of the annual sum of one pound at the least, or of ten pounds in one sum to the said Institutions respectively, who may be present at the respective Meetings, to be called for the purpose of any such Election as hereinafter provided.”
DUNSTAN HOSPITAL.
A RESIDENT SURGEON will be required for the Hospital about to be erected at the Dunstan. Candidates must deliver their Diplomas at the Dunedin Hospital on or before 20th day of April, 1863.
Salary, £300 per annum, with apartments and rations. Private practice not allowed.

SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Supreme Court will be held at the Court House, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 9th day of April instant, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for hearing applications for relief, and for the despatch of all business arising under the Provisions of the Imprisonment for Debt Ordinance, 1844, and of the Imprisonment for Debt Ordinance Amendment Act, 1861.

SUPREME COURT, OTAGO.—POSTPONEMENT OF CIVIL SITTINGS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Sitting advertised to take place for the trial of Civil Cases, at Dunedin, on Monday, the 6th day of April next, will be postponed until Friday, the 15th day of May next; Common Jurors, Defendants, or Witnesses summoned to appear on the said 6th day of April, are not required to appear until the said 15th day of May next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

ANNUAL LICENSING MEETING.
DISTRICTS OF TOKOMAIRIRO AND TAIERI.
NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Ordinance Session II., No XII., the Annual Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the District of Tokomairiro, will be held in the Court house, on Tuesday, the 21st day of April next, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering applications for Publicans’ Licenses, within the said district.
And notice is also given that an Adjourned Meeting of the Justices of the Peace for the District of the Taieri, will be held in Cramond’s Hotel, East Taieri, on Tuesday, the 28th day of April next, at noon, for similar purpose.
All applications must be lodged at the Court House, Tokomairiro, on or before Tuesday, the 7th day of April next. Forms of application may be learned at the Court House.
