TENDERS will be received at the office of the Provincial Secretary, Dunedin, until 12 o'clock noon of Tuesday, 7th April, for the construction of about 6½ miles of the Road from Tuapeka to the Dunstan.

Plans and Specifications may be seen and forms of tender obtained at the Road Engineer’s Office, Dunedin, and at the Police Station, Tuapeka.

NORTH-EAST HARBOUR ROAD DISTRICT.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the “Roads Ordinance, 1856,” and the “Roads Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1862,” a Meeting of the persons liable to be rated for Roads within the recently proclaimed Road District of North-East Harbour, will be held at the School-house within said district, upon Wednesday, the 8th day of April, 1863, at 1 o'clock p.m., for the purpose of electing duly qualified persons to act as Members of the North-East Harbour District Board of Road Trustees.

Special attention is called to the 7th and 9th Sections of the “Roads Ordinance, 1856,” regulating the proceedings for the election of District Road Trustees.

TENDERS will be received at the Office of the Provincial Secretary, Dunedin, until 12 o'clock noon of Tuesday, 7th April, for the construction of thirty-five chains thirty-five links of the Road from Taieri Ferry to Tokomairiro River.

Plans and Specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained at the Road Engineer’s Office, Dunedin, and at Mr. Goodall’s Hotel, Tokomairiro.
