SEALED TENDERS

Sealed Tenders will be received at the Provincial Secretaryโ€™s Office, Dunedin, up till Friday, the 20th inst., for the supply and delivery at the undermentioned Police Stations of good sound Oats and Oaten Hay, in quantities as follows, viz.:

At Dunedin, 500 bushels of oats
At Tokomairiro, 500 bushels of oats, 20 tons of oaten hay
At Dunstan, 200 bushels of oats, 10 tons of oaten hay
At Tuapeka, 150 bushels of oats, 10 tons of oaten hay
At Mataura, 150 bushels of oats, 5 tons of oaten hay
At Queenstown, Lake Wakatip, 150 bushels of oats

To be delivered in such quantities as may be required on requisition from Officers of Police in charge. Samples of both oats and hay to accompany tenders; the former to include the price of bags, and the latter to be either trussed or pressed.

TENDERS will be received at the office of His Honor the Superintendent till noon of Tuesday, 24th February, 1863, for the erection of a Wooden Court-house at Hawksbury.

Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Provincial Engineer, till 16th inst., and afterwards at the Police Station, at Hawksbury, till 22nd instant.

TO ARCHITECTS.

In the event of the Mail for Otago, which leaves Tasmania on or about the 23rd day of February current, not being delivered in Dunedin by 4 oโ€™clock on the 2nd day of March, 1863, the time for receiving the designs for the Gaol, Hospital, and Lunatic Asylum, proposed to be erected in Dunedin, will be held as extended until the delivery of the said Mail.
