UPPER (OR WEST) TAIERI FERRY

To be Let for one year.

  1. The Upper Taieri Ferry,

  2. The Accommodation House at the said Ferry.

ONE tenant to have both, but the tender to state the rent which will be given for each, and when it is proposed that the House will be opened for the public. In the event of a bridge being put across the river before the expiry of the lease, the tenant shall be at liberty to throw up his lease. Tenders to be lodged at the Superintendent’s Office, Dunedin, on or before Friday, the 5th day of September, 1862.

The Government reserves to itself the power of accepting any or rejecting all of the offers. The party tendering must satisfy the Government as to character, &c. The usual License Fee for the sale of Spirits must be paid for.

Further information may be obtained at the Superintendent’s Office.
