NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

have been duly appointed Arbitrators under the Otago and Southland Public Debts Appointment Act, 1861, and that
EDWARD WILLIAM STAFFORD, Esquire,
has been appointed the Umpire under the said Act; and that the said Arbitrators will hold open sittings at the Court-House, Dunedin, on THURSDAY, the 10th of April, and following days, for the purposes of the Arbitration.
