INVERCARGILL PASTORAL DISTRICT.
North by a line including the following
Runs, and running along their outside
boundaries, viz., Runs numbered respec-
tively 302, 332, 323, 332, and 331.
East by the Clutha Pastoral District.
South by the Ocean, Oteramika Hundred,
and the 2000-acre Block as far as the
Oreti River.
Including also Run No. 97, bounded by the
2000-acre Blocks and the Mataura River.
West by Oreti River.
RIVERTON PASTORAL DISTRICT.
North by a line including the following
Runs, and running along their outside
boundaries, viz., Runs numbered respec-
tively 394, 389, 324, 391, 392, and 360.
East by Invercargill Pastoral District.
South by the 2000-acre Block, the Jacob\'s
River Hundred, and the Ocean.
West by the Waiau River.

NOTICE.
IN terms of the 4th clause of the "Pas-
toral Districts Ordinance, 1859," I
hereby convene the Annual Meetings of
the licensed Runholders occupying Runs
within the several Pastoral Districts un-
dermentioned : such meetings to be held
at the times and places as follow :—
OAMARU PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at Hertslet\'s Hotel,
Oamaru, on TUESDAY, the 28th day of Febru-
ary, at 12 o\'clock noon.
MOERAKI PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at Young\'s Accom-
modation House, lately kept by Mr. Thomas
Hastie, at the Kuri Bush, on WEDNESDAY,
the 29th February, next, at 12 o\'clock noon.
WAIKOUAITI PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at Beale\'s Accom-
modation House, Waikouaiti, on THURSDAY,
the 1st March next, at 12 o\'clock noon.
DUNEDIN PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at the Shepherd\'s
Hut, on the Run of J. and R. Fulton, No. 48,
nearest to the boundary of the West Taieri
Hundred, on FRIDAY, the 2nd day of March
next, at 12 o\'clock noon.
CLUTHA PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at Steel\'s Accom-
modation House, Popotunoa, on FRIDAY, the
2nd day of March next, at 12 o\'clock noon.
INVERCARGILL PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at the Residence of
Robert Stuart, Esq., Run No. 97, on TUESDAY,
the 27th day of March next, at 12 o\'clock
noon.
JACOB\'S RIVER PASTORAL DISTRICT.
The Meeting to be held at the Station of
Matthew Scott, Esq., on Run No. 142, on
FRIDAY, the 30th day of March next, at 12
o\'clock noon.

By the 5th clause of the said Ordinance
it is provided—
"The Meeting so convened shall be termed
the \'Annual Meeting;\' and at every such
meeting the Runholders shall elect one of
their body to preside, who shall be called the
\'Chairman of the Annual Meeting;\' and
every such Meeting may be continued by ad-
journment, and every question thereat shall
be decided by a majority of votes, each Run-
holder or his authorised agent having one
vote, and the Chairman having an original
and casting vote."

accepted.
