DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

WE, WILLIAM HUNTER REYNOLDS, of Dunedin, Merchant, and JAMES MACANDREW, of the same place, Merchant, do hereby give Notice that the Partnership hitherto existing between us as Merchants, under the style or firm of JAMES MACANDREW AND COMPANY, has been this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and that all Debts due to and by the said Firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, James Macandrew. In witness whereof we have to this Notice set our hands this tenth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight.

PURSUANT to the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, entitled "The Marriage Act, 1854," the following Name of an Officiating Minister within the meaning of the said Act, is published for general information:

I, John B. Bennet, Registrar-General of Births, Deaths, and Marriages in New Zealand, do hereby certify that the foregoing Name of an Officiating Minister within the meaning of "The Marriage Act, 1854," has been sent in to me, in addition to the Names in Lists published respectively in the "New Zealand Government Gazette" Number 2, of the 26th of January, Number 4, of the 11th of February, Number 8, of the 19th March, Number 12, of the 13th April, and Number 15, of the 15th May, in the present year.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twenty-eighth day of June, 1858.
