NOTICE.
I, JOHN GILLIES, Resident Magistrate for the Province of Otago, hereby certify that Mr. James Henry Martin has this day, in terms of an Ordinance of the Province of New Munster, dated 18th May 1849, and entitled,
“An Ordinance to define the Qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration, in certain cases, of Medical Practitioners,” submitted to me the proof of his qualification as a Medical Practitioner, and I find that, upon the 1st day of March 1836, he was duly admitted a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh; and, upon the 3rd day of October 1839, he was, by the Society of Apothecaries of the City of London, duly authorised to practice as an Apothecary.
