WITH reference to the subsequent Notice of this date from this Office, publishing the names of persons to whom Depasturing Licenses have been issued within the several Hundreds of Dunedin, East Taieri, West Taieri, Waihola, North Tokomairiro, South Tokomairiro, East Clutha, and West Clutha, for the year 1857, I hereby call Meetings to be held in conformity with the provisions of the Waste Land Regulations for the Province of Otago (1st April, 1856), at the places and times specified below, of such Holders of Depasturing Licenses, for the purpose of electing from amongst themselves Seven Wardens for the Hundred of Dunedin—Five Wardens for the Hundred of East Taieri—and Three Wardens for each of the Hundreds of West Taieri, Waihola, North Tokomairiro, South Tokomairiro, East Clutha, West Clutha, respectively.

DUNEDIN HUNDRED.
At the Land Office, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 17th instant, at noon—Seven Wardens.

EAST TAIERI.
At the premises of Mr. A. J. Burns, on Wednesday the 18th instant, at 1 o’clock p.m.—Five Wardens.

WEST TAIERI.
At the premises of Edward Lee, Esq., J.P., on Thursday 19th instant, at 1 o’clock p.m.—Three Wardens.

WAIHOLA.
At the premises of Mr. James Smith, Tokomairiro, on Friday, the 20th instant, at noon—Three Wardens.

NORTH TOKOMAIRIRO.
At the premises of John Cargill, Esq., J.P., on Friday, the 20th instant, at 4 o’clock p.m.—Three Wardens.

SOUTH TOKOMAIRIRO.
At the premises of Mr. John Gillies, on Saturday, the 21st instant, at noon—Three Wardens.

EAST CLUTHA.
At the premises of Mr. John Shaw, on Monday, the 23rd instant, at 1 o’clock p.m.—Three Wardens.

WEST CLUTHA.
At the premises of Mr. C. H. Street, on Tuesday, the 24th instant, at noon—Three Wardens.

None but personal attendants (being license holders) at these Meetings will be allowed to vote.

Every such voter will be entitled to one vote for each of the Wardens to be elected for the hundred for which he holds a license. Parties are requested to bring their licenses with them for production if required.
