HIS Honor the Superintendent in Council has been pleased to authorise Mr. William Lambert to print and publish the Otago Provincial Government Gazette until further notice.

HEREBY CERTIFY, that Edward Hulme, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, Doctor of Medicine, has this day submitted for my examination his diploma as a Doctor of Medicine, St. Andrew’s, and also his diplomas as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in London, and Licentiate of Midwifery in Dublin, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I., No. 2, entitled “An Ordinance to define the Qualifications and to provide for the Remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”
Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Dunedin, this 27th day of October, 1856.
