PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor William Cargill, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Otago.
WHEREAS I did, on the 18th day of March last, Prorogue the Provincial Council of the said Province till Wednesday, the 5th day of November next, at twelve o’clock noon; and whereas it is necessary that the said Council should be still further prorogued:
Now therefore I, the Superintendent of the said Province, in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, do hereby Prorogue the said Provincial Council till Tuesday, the 2nd day of December next, at 12 o’clock noon.
Given under my hand in the Province of Otago, this fifteenth day of October, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-six.
