Cereal Silage Levy

Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies (Cereal Silage) Order 2012 ("Order"), a levy has been imposed on, and shall be payable by, the producers of any cereal silage commodity grown in New Zealand.

In accordance with section 10 of the Order, the Foundation for Arable Research Incorporated has determined the levy rates for 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 will remain unchanged at $10.00 per hectare harvested.

Change of Classification of Reserves—Invercargill City

Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Invercargill City Council, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserves described in the First Schedule from recreation to scenic reserve, and the reserve described in the Second Schedule from local purpose to scenic reserve.
