On 14 September 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Paul Rickerby and Graeme Rhodes, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The director has signed a declaration of solvency.
