Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of VICTORIA TRUSTEES (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 13 September 2017 at 10.00am.

The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 13 October 2017 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 11 September 2017 at 1.22pm, the shareholders of NZ SAFETY BROKERS NEW ZEALAND LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing as joint and several liquidators of the company.
