Subsequent to the directors of each company filing a resolution at the Companies Office, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), stating that on appointment of a liquidator each company would be able to pay its debts, Malcolm Hollis and John Fisk, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 11 September 2017 at 10.00am, the time and date the liquidations commenced.
