Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Timothy Wilson Downes, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by special resolution of the companies.
The liquidations commenced on 11 September 2017 at 12.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 11 October 2017 as the date on or before which any creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
