Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Notice is given that, on 30 August 2017, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts. A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(9) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 31 October 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
