In Council

Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, be national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of Paparoa National Park.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Murihuku District, Department of Conservation, Invercargill, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road reserve) over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Southland District Council in such manner and on terms and conditions as the council determines.

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice titled “Land Declared Road—Nixon Street and Kamo Road, Whangarei District”, dated 10 August 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 2017, Issue No. 80, Notice No. 2017-ln3989, by deleting the last two lines in the Schedule and substituting the following:
