Notice Revoked and Replaced—Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

By reason of errors and omissions made in the notice described subsequently, the Operations Manager, Geraldine, Department of Conservation, revokes the notice titled "Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land" dated 19 October 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 October 2016, Issue No. 97, Notice No. 2016-ln6059, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Operations Manager, Geraldine, Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of that part of the local purpose reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
