Board of Trustees Student Election Extension for Western Heights High School

Pursuant to section 101D(3) of the Education Act 1989 ("Act"), and acting with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby extend the date by which the school must hold an election for a student representative under section 101 of the Act for Western Heights High School (151).
The election must be held by 17 November 2017.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Board of Food Standards Australia New Zealand gives notice of the making of this variation under section 92 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991. The variation commences on the date specified in clause 3 of this variation.
