Notice is hereby given that, on 30 August 2017 at 10.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CONNORS CONSORTIUM LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for that purpose.
