Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Stuart Vance and David Sean Webb, chartered accountants and insolvency practitioners, were appointed
liquidators of the above-named company by the resolution of shareholders on 29 August 2017 at 11.20am.
The liquidators have fixed 3 October 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any
priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of
that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
