Land to be Set Apart for Recreation and Open Space Purposes—190 Abel Smith Street, Wellington City
Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall be set apart for recreation and open space purposes and vested in the Wellington City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.

Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip) and Land Declared Road—State Highway 1, Wellington Northern Corridor (Mackays to Peka Peka Expressway), End Farm Road, Waikanae, Kapiti Coast District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
b. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
