NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 83 — 17 AUGUST 2017

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 20(1) and agreements to that effect having been entered into, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown; and
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road which shall vest in the Crown

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
