Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment gives the following notice.

Notice

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Resource Management (Approval of City Rail Link Limited as a Requiring Authority) Notice 2017.

(2) This notice shall come into force on 10 August 2017.

  1. Approval as requiring authority—City Rail Link Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority, under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the construction, operation, maintenance, replacement, upgrade and improvement of its network utility operation, which is the City Rail Link in Auckland and its associated and ancillary structures, works and activities.
