Amending a Notice—Taupo District Trout Fishery Licences, Fees and Forms Notice 2017
Pursuant to section 48A(2A) of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 14(11) of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1926, the Minister of Conservation, with the concurrence of the Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board, amends the notice titled "Taupo District Trout Fishery Licences, Fees and Forms Notice 2017", published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 May 2017, Issue No. 54, Notice No. 2017-go2570, as follows:

In the definition of family licence in clause 3, replace the words ", if any member of the holder’s family is accompanied by the holder or the holder’s spouse or partner, the", with the word, "any".

Insert into clause 3, immediately following the definition for non-resident licence, the definition, "partner means a civil union partner or a de facto partner."
