Officers of the New Zealand Transport Agency Authorised to Take Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9(1)(i) of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 (“Act”), I hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the offices in the employment of the NZ Transport Agency specified in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations under the Act.
