Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993

We, James Greenway and Andrew Bethell, joint and several liquidators of the companies, whose registered office is situated at BDO Auckland, Level 4, 4 Graham Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 16 August 2017.
