Pursuant to section 31 of the Meat Board Act 2004, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Meat Board has allocated access to European Union High Quality Beef Tariff Rate Quota for the 2017–2018 Quota Year, commencing 1 July 2017, as follows:

Land Declared Road and Land Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Waikato Expressway, Cambridge, Waipa District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

1. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which shall remain vested in the Crown; and
2. Pursuant to section 52, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
