Family licence—If the Director-General issues family licences, an adult may apply to obtain a family licence for the whole-season from the Director-General on payment of the appropriate fee set out in Part 3 of the Schedule and the Director-General may grant or decline such a licence.

Senior licence—If the Director-General issues senior licences, an adult may apply to obtain a senior licence for the whole-season from the Director-General on payment of the appropriate fee set out in Part 3 of the Schedule and the Director-General may grant or decline such a licence.

Non-resident licence—If the Director-General issues non-resident licences, an adult may obtain a non-resident licence for the whole-season from the Director-General on payment of the appropriate fee set out in Part 3 of the Schedule and the Director-General may grant or decline such a licence.

Whole-season licence—If the Director-General issues whole-season licences, an adult or a child may obtain a whole-season licence from the Director-General on payment of the appropriate fee set out in Part 3 of the Schedule and the Director-General may grant or decline such a licence.

Fees inclusive of GST—The fees set out in the Schedule are inclusive of goods and services tax.
Forms
- Forms of licences—Every licence issued under this notice must be in writing and must state:
a. the holder’s full name, postal address, and date of birth;
b. whether the holder is an adult or a child;
c. the class and effect of the licence;
d. the time and date of issue; and
e. the period during which the licence authorises the taking of trout.
- Revocation—The Taupo District Trout Fishery Licences, Fees, and Forms Notice 2011 (SR 2011/202) is revoked.
