Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Helen Morrison in respect of PORSE Rotorua S2 (55498), situated at 1131 Amohau Street, Rotorua.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice Under the Food Act 2014 (Notice No. MPI 760)
Pursuant to section 398(2) of the Food Act 2014, notice is given that the New Zealand (Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code) Food Standards 2002, Amendment No. 72, was issued by the Minister for Food Safety on 9 May 2017 and came into force on that date.
A copy of this food standard can be inspected free of charge at or purchased from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
It can also be viewed at www.foodsafety.govt.nz/elibrary/industry/zealand-australia-zealand-food-standards/amendments/index.htm.
