Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
The director has resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts and a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidation commenced on 9 May 2017 at 11.00am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 12 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
