Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of above-named company appointed Daran Nair, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company on 12 May 2017 at 4.30pm.
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 June 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, jointly with Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on 12 May 2017.
The liquidation commenced on 12 May 2017, being the date of our consent to our appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993
