Establishment of a Combined Board of Trustees for Ormiston Primary School (688) and Ormiston Junior College (709)
Pursuant to section 110 of the Education Act 1989, I hereby establish a Combined Board of Trustees for Ormiston Primary School (688) and Ormiston Junior College (709).
The Combined Board will not take office until the Minister of Education notifies a date for the first election of trustees and board meeting under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice shall come into force on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 October 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Leisha Bell in respect of Bubbles New Plymouth Infant & Toddlers Centre (40000), situated at 22 Aubrey Street, New Plymouth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 July 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Barry Kerr in respect of Purerehua Early Learning Centre (40284), situated at 22 Waipapa Road, Turangi.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
