The notice is amended in respect of “Northland District Health Board”:
a. by omitting the name and title
“Dr Verity Margaret Elaine Humberstone, psychiatrist, of Northland”; and
b. substituting the name and title
“Dr Murray Patton, psychiatrist, of Northland”.

Notice of Delegation of Powers
Pursuant to Section 7F of the Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 (“Act”)
Notice is given that:
a. under section 61 of the State Sector Act 1988 and sections 7A–7D of the Act, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki (“Ministry”) has delegated her functions and powers under the Act to social workers and other employees of the Ministry and to the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development; and
b. under section 61 of the State Sector Act 1988 and section 7E of the Act, the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Social Development has subdelegated the functions and powers delegated to him to employees in the Ministry of Social Development.
Information about these delegations and subdelegations is available on the Ministry’s website at mvcot.govt.nz/about-us/our-journey and is available for inspection at the head office of the Ministry at 56 The Terrace, Wellington.
