Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 41(1) of the State Sector Act 1988, section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 November 2016, I hereby give notice that the General Manager, Aviation and Maritime, Ministry of Transport, has granted Sichuan Airlines Co,. Ltd. a Scheduled International Air Service Licence permitting the airline to operate scheduled air services between China and New Zealand.

This licence took effect on 3 May 2017.
