Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that:
a. It is intended that the above-named companies be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.
b. Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 2 June 2017.

Pursuant to subclause 4.6(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Light-vehicle Brakes 2002 (“Rule”), and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the NZ Transport Agency, I, Samuel David Uprichard, Senior Engineer, Light Vehicles, hereby approve the brake testing device specified in the Schedule to this notice for the purpose of measuring brake forces of light vehicles to establish compliance with the requirements for light-vehicle brakes contained in the Rule.
