Notice of Vesting of Property Under Section 324 of the Companies Act 1993—Prestbury Limited

I, Jeremy Salmond, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 27 April 2017 I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Prestbury Limited from the Register of Companies on 4 November 2014) with Resource Consent CRC012100.2.

Amending a Notice—Appointment of Director of Area Mental Health Services

Pursuant to section 92 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, I, Jill Lane, Acting Director-General of Health, issue the following notice, effective from 29 April 2017.

  1. This notice shall be read together with the Amending a Notice—Appointment of Directors of Area Mental Health Services (“notice”), published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2016, Issue No. 1, Notice No. 2016-go90.

  2. The notice is amended in respect of the Auckland District Health Board by omitting the name and title

    “Dr Gregory Scott Finucane, psychiatrist, of Auckland”

    and substituting the name and title

    “Dr Allen Rex Fraser, psychiatrist, of Auckland”.

Approval for Rural Assistance Under Special Needs Grants Programme

Under clauses 18.2 and 18.6 of the Special Needs Grants Programme, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 January 1999, No. 8, page 202, and established and approved on 18 December 1998 under section 124(1)(d) of the Social Security Act 1964 (“programme”), I give my approval for Part 6 of the programme to apply as follows:

Rural Assistance – Farmers

  1. Farmers in the affected areas whose primary industries are directly affected by flooding or slips or have suffered other damage arising from the cyclones known as Cyclone Debbie and Cyclone Cook are eligible to be considered for financial assistance under Part 6 of the programme.

  2. In relation to such farmers, Part 6 of the programme applies for the 12-month period beginning on the day after the Minister signs this approval, unless further extended by the Minister.

  3. In this approval, affected areas means the territories of the following local authorities:

    Western Bay of Plenty District Council;
    Kawerau District Council;
    Whakatane District Council; and
    Opotiki District Council.
