Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that New Zealand Winegrowers Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9), and New Zealand Winegrowers Incorporated represents New Zealand’s commercial grape growing (excluding table grape growers) and grape wine making sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993.
