to be an Acting Judge of the Supreme Court for a period commencing on 12 April 2017 and ending on 11 April 2019.

Pursuant to section 113 of the Senior Courts Act 2016, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable John Anthony Faire
to be an Acting Judge of the High Court for a term of three months, the commission to take effect on 24 April 2017 and end on 23 July 2017, a certificate having been signed by the Chief Justice that in her opinion it is necessary for the due conduct of the business of the Court that an Acting Judge be appointed.
