Approval of Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated as the Organisation Representing the Kiwifruit Sector and the Kiwiberry Growers Sector for the Purposes of Part 5A of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (Notice No. MPI 723)
Pursuant to section 100ZA(2) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (“Act”), the Minister for Primary Industries gives notice that he is satisfied that Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated meets the criteria in sections 100ZA(3), (4), (6), (7) and (9) of the Act, and Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated represents the kiwifruit sector and the kiwiberry growers sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Act.
With effect from the date of this notice, I revoke the notice stating that I am satisfied that Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated and The KVH Foundation Incorporated represent the kiwifruit sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Act, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 May 2014, No. 48, page 1396, and the notice stating that I am satisfied that Kiwifruit Vine Health Incorporated and The KVH Foundation Incorporated represent the kiwiberry growers sector for the purposes of Part 5A of the Act, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 June 2016, Issue No. 54, Notice No. 2016-go3448.
