Pursuant to section 23L(1)(a) of the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998, I give notice of dollar-per-stock-unit rates
calculated using the method specified in the Crown Pastoral Land (Method for Calculating Dollar-Per-Stock-Unit
Rates) Regulations 2012 (as amended by the Crown Pastoral Land (Method for Calculating Dollar-Per-Stock-Unit
Rates) Amendment Regulations 2012).

For the purposes of Part 1A of the Crown Pastoral Land Act 1998 the dollar-per-stock-unit rate for pastoral leases
with a rent review date of 1 July 2017 is $9.35.

Notice of Intention to Consider Varying a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87J(3) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and a
delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 November 2016, I give notice that, having received an
application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport intends to consider varying the Scheduled
International Air Service Licence held by that airline in order to allow the airline to operate services to open
destination points in Japan. This will allow the airline to operate to Haneda Airport, Tokyo, Japan.

Any person wishing to make representations to the Minister of Transport relating to this application must
forward those representations in writing to reach me at the Ministry of Transport, PO Box 3175, Wellington, or
email airservices@transport.govt.nz, on or before 7 April 2017.

Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Cromwell College (373) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby
direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Cromwell College (373) Board of Trustees.

The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:

• All functions, powers and duties of the board to manage the operations of the Resource Teacher: Learning &
  Behaviour cluster (whether statutory or otherwise);
• all functions, powers and duties of the board for financial management of the Resource Teacher: Learning &
  Behaviour cluster (whether statutory or otherwise); and
• all functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer in relation to the Resource Teacher: Learning &
  Behaviour cluster (whether statutory or otherwise).

The board will retain its primary duty of care as a person conducting a business or undertaking, under the Health
and Safety at Work Act 2015, above and beyond all functions, powers and duties of this limited statutory manager.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
