frequency and timing of the attendance of its equipment inspectors at Fonterra Limited (Darfield) for the purpose of reviewing, approving and auditing the implementation of the ITP and for the inspection and certification of equipment.

4. Fonterra Limited (Darfield) shall advise Pressure Equipment Integrity Limited (its nominated Recognised Inspection Body) of any changes to its equipment or process that may affect equipment life or the frequency or type of inspection applied. Fonterra Limited (Darfield) shall, in conjunction with the Recognised Inspection Body, review actual or proposed changes to its equipment or process in order to establish any potential impact on safety and equipment inspection.

5. Fonterra Limited (Darfield) shall advise Pressure Equipment Integrity Limited (its nominated Recognised Inspection Body) of any changes to, or affecting, Fonterra Limited (Darfield) engineering personnel.

6. Fonterra Limited (Darfield) shall review its quality management system and update it to accommodate any changes necessary following the granting of this recognition.

This recognition may be withdrawn should the services of Pressure Equipment Integrity Limited (its nominated Recognised Inspection Body) be discontinued or, if there is any significant change to the equipment or process.

Reappointment to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand

Pursuant to sections 54 and 57 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989 and section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I change the appointment of

Bridget Coates (formerly Liddell)

as a director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand from 1 October 2013 (notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 August 2013, No. 108, page 2924) to end on 12 March 2017.

The appointment from 1 October 2013 was to fill an extraordinary vacancy created by the resignation of Dr Arthur Grimes who had been appointed for five years from 13 March 2012 to 12 March 2017 (notified in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 January 2012, No. 1, page 37).

Pursuant to section 54 of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1989, I reappoint

as a director of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand from 13 March 2017 to 12 March 2022.

Corrections (Rimutaka Prison) Notice 2017

Pursuant to section 32 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Corrections (Rimutaka Prison) Notice 2017.

2. Commencement—This notice takes effect from 6 March 2017.

3. Rimutaka Prison—The land and the parts of the buildings described in the Schedule are declared to be a corrections prison to be known as Rimutaka Prison.

4. Revocation—The Penal Institutions (Rimutaka Prison) Notice 2003* is revoked.
