Termination of Anti-dumping Duties on Preserved Peaches From Spain

Pursuant to section 14(7) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 (“Act”), I hereby terminate the anti-dumping duties imposed on the subject goods described in the Schedule to this notice, with effect from 23 February 2017.

A review under section 14(8) of the Act has determined that there is not likely to be a continuation of injury following the removal of duties.

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the “Termination of Anti-dumping Duties on Preserved Peaches From Spain”.
