Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Daran Nair, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company on 10 February 2017 at 10.10am.
