Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named company, on 14 February 2017 at 10.22am, appointed Simon Dalton, chartered certified accountant,
and Matthew Peter Kemp, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, as liquidators.

The undersigned does hereby fix 15 March 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to
prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the
