Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (esplanade) reserve and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(7), declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule hereto be stopped and added to the local purpose (passive recreation) reserve described in Computer Freehold Register 741089 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

b. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(3) and 120(3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 568343.
