Land Declared Road—Athenree Gorge, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a park and shall vest in the Auckland Council, subject to a right to supply telecommunication and computer media easement created by Easement Instrument 8090307.3 and a right to supply electricity (in gross) easement in favour of Vector Limited created by Easement Instrument 8090307.4 over part marked "A" on DP 414135, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
