This variation took effect on 21 December 2016.

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 23 December 2016 of the Animal Products Notice: General Export Requirements for Halal Animal Material and Halal Animal Products, which comes into force on 1 January 2017.

  2. In an officially declared influenza pandemic situation, GSK is to provide updated evidence of the surrogate markers used to estimate efficacy of the pandemic vaccine formulation and is committed to provide a Risk Management Plan for, or including, New Zealand.
