Declaration Terminating State of Local Emergency

Pursuant to section 72 of the Civil Defence Emergency Management Act 2002, I, Lawrence Yule, terminate the state of local emergency declared at Hastings District owing to extreme fire circumstances requiring co-ordination of resources and public confidence.

The termination of the state of local emergency takes effect immediately on the making of this declaration.

Time and Date of Declaration: 1.55pm on Wednesday 15 February 2017.
